1st problem is ..
On a very cold morning (30*) , It will not fire at all. No spark, but once I take cowl off and temp warms up it will fire up. ?
2nd problem is...
Got out on river today and it ran like a raped ape, for about 1-2 miles. Then all the sudden it acted like you pulled the throttled back bout half way then it bogged down to a complete shut down. confused again?
The motor is on a 1975 StarCraft 18' aluminum deep v. 4 new plugs, new stator, fuel pump , fuel lines. Run bout 32mph with 3 guys in it. So plz help Thanks
