1996 BJ25EEDM Carburetor Question

I installed a rebuild kit in my 1996 BJ25EEDM carburetor. I failed to note the proper orientation of the throttle plate when I disassembled it. Does the round hole go on the top or the bottom?

On one edge of the throttle plate there is a small indentation along the edge in on the other half there is a round hole about an eighth of an inch in diameter.

So I guess my question is which end is up?

Probably goes at bottom, you shouldn't have to remove throttle plate to rebuild carb.
