70hp Johnson missing at idle

My 70hp johnson runs ok but misses. This can be seen when it is just idling and using a timing light you can see the mark on the fly wheel jump. After it misses you can see the extra smoke from the exhaust. I changed the power pack but it did not fix the problem? I have put kits through the carbys as well. The upper exhaust vent holes are also oily and not dry like my other motor. Any ideas?

Run a compression test. Test peak reading output voltage of trigger coils and source coils to power pack.

Compression is 120,115,120 Yet to do the rest. Does the trigger coils playup very often?
