old 40 hp vro tilt trim support thingy

I am trying to figure out the name for the swiveling bracket/trim support bracket that you flip down to support the motor so its not keeping constant pressure on the tilt cylinder. Anyone know what thats called ? Its broken.. I took it out and welded it but it did not hold and I would like to replace it.
