1992 Johnson float chamber replacement

I have a problem with the fuel nozzle inlets on the chambers of both carb float bowls. The plastic has cracked, thus leaking fuel.
I would like to know if there is a replacement nozzle in brass, or could I try to tap the existing hole, after I remove the brass nozzle end, and try to retrofit a new nozzle on place? It would have to be a 90 degree nozzle as room is tight.
The number on my float bowl is #327105.
Serial number of engine # G03052109
Engine number is smeared- but last digts are TLENE
It has an engine cover stating it's a 90 HP motor.
Are the replacement float chambers on the market retrofitable to mine, providing I swap the fuel orifices?

There was not a 90hp with model ending in TLENE. On the block of the motor there is a freeze plug with the full model number.

I will have to find that and get back to you.
My float chambers also have 2 drain type screws on each side of the chamber, as I don't see this style in the parts fiche # 0398544.

can't locate any other numbers on engine. existing carb # 327766 and float chamber is # 327109.

Will the 398544 fit this. mine has 4 drain type screws, and the fiche shows 2 , 1 on each side.

The last readable lettering is definately TLENE and there is a 90HP VRO cover on the engine.

Explain where I might find the freeze plug.

The exact location, I am not certain, but it is on the block. Usually shiny and the only one that has numbers stamped in it. The only model I can find that ends in TLENE is the J100WTLENE.

OK, if I can't find it, how would I know for sure? I can accept your thinking it might be a J100TLENE, as the numbers could indicate such. With that said, can I order the 0398544 from Boats.net, and swap all needed parts, and have it work? My original question was whether I can drill and tap the bottom of the float chamber, and try to fit a 90 degree nozzle of some sort in there?

If it has a jet in the bottom of the bowl, then I would not suggest it.
