Need help with parts list

I have a 1978 johnson seahorse long shaft, it kicks out of gear when in forward and under power. I know it needs a forward gear and porbabaly a shifter dog, but unclear on what seals i need. I talked to t tech at boats,net and he really couldnt help. Can anyone give me a parts list that i would need to replace the forward gear.

I recommend changing all the orings and seals, go through the parts list and add anything that says seal or oring or gasket.
