Friction screw

Does anyone know where the steering friction screw is on a 1999 35 Johnson 3 cylinder? The steering is very loose and difficult to control. It is a tiller outboard. Thanks

I may not have a friction screw on this engine. Can't find it. Does anyone know a way to "tighten up" the loose tiller steering? Thanks

Called the company. There is no adjustment or friction screw on this model.
