70 hp johnson outboard 1984

Hi i am new to this my 1st boat and a stripped johnson outboard motor

Can any of you please help me with the torque settings of the engine and
the fireing order
And is there cylinder sleeves available and where
phoned around for parts but spares is limited as i live in south africa
