Johnson 20 hp question

Hey guys, first post, first Johnson motor!..just picked up an 87, 20 hp that a mouse had gotton in. I can only visually see one chewed wire. Guy I bought it from said it wouldnt start.What else can you recommend to do? Wheres a good place for a manual? Thanks

go to boatsnet.com look for your shop manuel there i had troubles of my own near to what you have they were great in supplying me to repair and parts
