Ignition switch wiring diagram with color codes
does anyone happened to have a wiring diagram for a 76 johnson 55hp ignition switch pn#0386947? i had to replace the old one because it froze up on me then the salesman sold me one that he said would work and after wiring it up all the motor did was turn over with no fire to the plugs.
I returned that switch and received the correct one with same results but later ntrouble shoot [roblem and found that if dis-connect wire harness from switch I would get fire to the plugs.
now I am thinking that it/switch is wired wrong. Can anyone help?
