Hey,
I am new to this forum and some of my terms may not be exactly right.
I have an 1992 Johnson 48 hp that stopped running while on the lake.
A few hours later someone suggested that I use a screw driver to cross the
circuit on the starter solenoid. When I tried this the motor started running and now I want to know how to change the solenoid and while at it I'm also going to change the ignition switch cause it is getting very sticky and hard to turn.
Well with out thinking I took the solenoid and switch off with taking notice to where or without marking the wires as to where they went.
Can someone please help me with some information as to where the wires go, a wiring diagram
or a link that has an wiring diagram would be even more helpful.
