getting old motor started

Hi everyone I would like to get a 1985 seahorse model J4BRHCOB 4hp running it has been sitting in a garage for 5 years the owner said it ran great what should I do to get it running again my thoughts were to rebuild carb fuel pump repair kit ignition tune up kit water pump gear oil grease coil cam magneto condenser is there any thing else to help me get on track I am new to this so please try to bear with me thank you all
