Spark Plugs

I have a Johnson 150 Oceanpro the current spark plugs are QL78YC. I would like to get high performance but can not find the proper replacement. Any suggestions?

Not sure which model you have but the plug choices are listed in parts diagram, number 14 at Johnson Outboard Parts 1998 J150EXECD 1998 CYLINDER & CRANKCASE Diagram
