89 200hp Evinrude no fire ?

I have a 89 200hp Evinrude that won't fire.Same problem last year,took to dealer and he replaced STATOR,TIMER BASE,REGULATOR-RECTIFER,AND POWER PACK.It ran great,should have for 2 grand,right.Well took it out a few weeks back and guess what,no fire agin.Can some one please help on this one.I can't aford to drop 2 grand a year with dealer every year for a few trips a year.Any help will be appreaciated.(sp)Thanks

You could get a service manual and a peak reading volt meter to test ignition components yourself but testing them is the only way to find out which part of ignition is not working.
