2004 90HP dies at idle

Low hours clean motor - ran perfect last season. This year suddenly dies at idle particularily after being run and then off for awhile- immediate restart - sometimes dies again. Recently would not fire at all after normal run and sitting for 30 minutes - required towin. Next day immediate start. Have had plugs replaced , wires checked, carbs rebuilt. New fuelfilter/water seperator at beginning of season - no evidence of water then or now. Stored over winter with full tank with Stabil added. Should we be looking at electrical? easy Start feature?

Thats usually dirty carbs, low speed circuit in carbs plugged up.
