'97 225 Carb leaking

Have a '97 225 Ocean Runner with a carb leaking. The fuel is pushing up from float bowl in throat and dripping out. I can't find any gasket issues(replaced all) or a needle valve problem. I have the rebuild kit and have replaced just about everything but the Float itself. Any Suggestions or help would be appreciated....

Check that float will float if drop it in gas, check float adjustment is not too high.
