I have this 81 Seahorse that was given to me. While it runs currently, it seems to be running a bit on the rich side and has trouble idling at its recommended RPM. I did a full carb clean/rebuild earlier this year but I am having trouble identifying what I am supposed to adjust. I can see by the carb diagram, that there is 3 orfices. Which one do I adjust for idle/fuel mix? Or are they fixed and I just need to purchase different sized orfices?

The motor starts ok, but when left in warm-up mode, the RPMs will steadily climb. When you back out of the warm-up when this happens, it will idle for 10-20 seconds then start to bog out and stall. To get into gear, I have to go from warm-up to in-gear pretty quickly, or else it will stall out.
Right now the idle RPM while on a hose is 1500-1600 and it will stay running until I cut the power. On the water, it will start to idle at 1000 for a short time, then it will sputter and stall. I've adjusted the idle screw to the 1500 to try and counter the issue in the water, but it isn't working and probably isn't the best for the motor.
