Hi ! Bought this boat few months ago and put gasket kits in the carbs and a kit in the fuel pump

runs fine at idle speed but once on plane seems to buck and starve for fuel (guessing).

fuel bulb pumping doesn't seem to matter and its firm
fuel tanks air vent is open

the vro has been removed

I don't know what you mean by "bucking". If the engine is jerking like it's hitting a underwater object repeatedly... it would be jumping out of and back into gear.

Starving for fuel.... if when you give the engine throttle, it wants to bog out, die out... I would venture that you didn't clean out the high speed jets that are located horizontally in the bottom center of the carburetor float chambers... way in back of those float chamber drain screw plugs.
