1995 Johnson 150 cutting out

My 1995 150hp was in storage for 5 years. Ran perfect when stored. Now starts and runs maybe 5-10 sec and shuts down. Pump the primer bulb(is soft) and starts and dies again. Compression is good 95-110 all across. Pulled fuel pump and diaphragm looks good. Don't seem to get a pulse at the pump. Help!!?

Pump the fuel primer bulb constantly (acting as a manual fuel pump) when the engine is running. If this cures the problem, the fuel pump is faulty for some reason.
