2000 150 hp johnson rpm and prop size

I have a 2000 150hp johnson outboard, 6 cylinder carburated. I am wondering what the max WOT rpm should be for this motor.

I have the motor on a 1850 crestliner fishhawk (2002) and am wondering what prop I should be running. It has a 14 1/4 x 21P aluminum on it now and it turns 5000 rpm fully trimmed, I would like to put a stainless prop on.

Rpm range is 4500-5500 rpm's on your motor.
