2005 25hp question about Carburetor opening

I recently purchased this 2005 motor (J25TESOM) and wondered if there is something missing over the hole in the carburetor? I looked at carburetor kits online and didn't see any parts included that would attach or cover this hole but wanted to ask around.

Anyone know if the carb is complete? Just seems odd that that hole wouldnt be covered.

Sorry do not know but looks like a filter is missing you can see where bolts should be. 4. I'm still waiting on my 25 4stroke idle issue
