1996 Turbojet

I need to replace the 1996, 115hp omc powerhead on my Zodiac jet drive boat. Could someone please tell me what years these engines would be the same. I know of a couple of 115hp Johnson/evinrude outboards I can buy need to know if the engines are interchangeable.

Best method would be look up some major powerhead part numbers (case, heads, etc), click on those part numbers for each item, it should give you a list of all the Johnsons & evinrudes, including years, those parts were used on.

It might help to contact, BRP.com, I believe they are the manufacturers of all those brands now. www.brp.com
They may be able answer some of your questions too.
