constant alarm when key is turned on johnson 60hp tj60tletd motor

I am getting a constant alarm when key is turned on. Is there a way to reset it?

I found the temp sensor, unplugged it, and alarm stopped. Reconnected it while out of the motor, and still no alarm. Thought I was good, so I replaced it into the motor. Alarm sounds.
