1998 Johnson 175 FICHT NO ELECTRICAL POWER

I was running a few weeks ago when everything shut down, I mean everything. The gauges started bouncing just before everything shut down. I have no power to anything, no accessories, no pumps, no tilt and trim.
I have checked the fuses and they are all OK. Talked to the repair guy at the local shop and he said that I need to check the power distribution panel but there is a special sequence that has to be followed.
I am looking for the pages from the shop manual that address this issue.
My motor model number is j175fsxecs, it is a 1998 Johnson OceanRunner FICHT EFI.

Any help is appreciated. The sequence for checking the PDP would be most helpful. If you need an email just let me know.

Load test battery and battery cables to engine, if that is ok then test distribution panel.

OK will try that first. But I still need the sequence to test the panel, which I can not find.

You will need the factory Johnson service manual for that, there is lot to testing it.
