1990 J60ELESM tilt trim unit

Does anyone know if either of these units will work with my engine #395088 & #398424 look the same but not sure if there is a difference Thanks.

Not sure either.
But, if you go online (boats.net - above) and look up those two part numbers, highlight each, click on each number separately, it should give you a list of all Johnson & evinrude motors, and the years they used those parts.
