Trim and Tilt

How does one remove the pivot screws that been in place since 1983 and just don't seem to want to budge?

Could try heating with a small hand torch (propane). Be careful not to heat any areas that have seals.

If you're talking on trim tilt cylinder, heat may not be good because of all the seals inside.

My little propane torch wasn't up to the challenge so I ended up at the machine shop who made quick work of it with an acetylene torch.

Best $60 I ever spent legally.
