my 2004 johnson 175 runs great at the beginning , but later in the day it dies when trying to take off. and sometimes spits and sputters like it's not burning the fuel. i have replaced the plugs but did'nt help. i always charge the starting battery before i go out. was wondering if it could be battery voltage loss causing it to run bad later in the day, always runs great at first. checked voltage before and after [ 13.5 then 12.7]
