When the primer was pulled on this motor it would build pressure in the line. It's done this since it was new. Now the line doesn't build pressure and the engine seems to be getting too much fuel. The carb is clean also has a new needle and seat. 1 primer line goes to the carb and the other to the intake. It seems to be putting too much fuel to the intake. Any ideas what would cause this?
