Motor only will go at slow speed

Hi I have a 1993 60 hp Model TJ60TTLET I was operating at WOT and it went in to low idle mode I thought it over heated but now I wounder because the next day it would only operate at low idle. I did have the dealer replace the water pump before this happened and i have a good stream coming out of the tube.
Any ideas what could be the problem?

Has something come loose? Fuel flow problems? Is it running on all cylinders?
There are a number of possibilities. Did you try pumping fuel bulb when this happened?
Did you look at plugs?
Post back when able.

Plugs are clean and new. yes I tried to squeeze the bulb it was nice and hard. and it is running on all cly.

take mian fuel line off and put in a clear jar turn motor over if u have good flow then starts to get less and less u have a bad pump,it will idle and run a little bit of rpm and bulb be hard if pump is bad.
