just purchased my 1st boat!! 99 wellcraft fisherman with 115 johnson outboard/ 2 stroke.
-the trim does not work, i had a buddy look at it and he said all electrical works and it is just the motor, today i installed a new OMC trim motor which works when i push the trim buttons (UP/DOWN) however the only thing that happens is the motor kicks in. I pulled the fill cap and pushed down on the 2 cylinders at which time fluid came out. after a few tries i got one or the other cylinders to go up slowly but even with 1 finger i can stop it. when i push down on one of the two cylinders nothing happens...????? it has fluid so what else could it be?
