I have replaced the spark plugs, wires and the coil packs to each cylinder. My motor intermittently won't run on all cylinders. It's at idle and all rpms in between. Any troubleshooting advice is appreciated!

So some cylinders just cut off, or all just quit? Does this happen in gear or, in neutral too?
Is it possible the kill switch is loose/bad (if all cut out)?
If just some cut out, check for a weak or bad shift sensor/ neutral switch.
Do you have a manual you can use to check other components?
Good luck, let us know if you find anything.

That's why I asked if you had good service manual for your motor. I don't have your motor, or a manual for yours. You should get a service manual. Your neutral switch may be located on the shift mechanism on the motor. There may be a second one in the remote controls. Probably find them on the parts break-down pages for your motor.
However, you still need to test them, to see if causing your problems?
