The tilt assist cable on my 40hp 2003 Johnson tiller recently broke. I ordered a new one and when I tried to replace it I broke the little plastic piece on the top of the cable. That same part is also used on the spark lever assy, in the throttle linkage parts page, either item # 25 (part # 0334153 SHELL) , or #27 (shell assy?). If you look up, and highlight your part number, it will show you all the motors (evinrude & Johnson) that part was used on. Should be able to purchase for $8-$10 from either dealer.
