hello I just bought a boat with 70hp Johnson on it and went out today it ran fine for 1 1/2 hour and then I turn off the motor to float for little time then when to start it will not start it had gas it keep on cracking the lady I bought off put to much oil in the gas the guy put in plug for me it run fine for so time but it doing it a again so shond I pour out the old gas and put in new gas and oil thank you
