25hp not pumping water

Have a 25hp outboard will not shout water out of the pee hole.
What could be my problem?

The overboard indicator (aka: Pee Hole) is easily plugged by insects, dirt, etc. The first thing to do is shoot a shot of compressed air up the hole ("backwards") while the motor is running on a hose or in a test tank. That usually clears the blockage and resolves the concern immediately, unless there is a real problem with the water pump and the engine is actually running hot. In the latter case it would be time to change out the water pump. You can find the instructions for that either in a service manual or on the internet.
