1995 Johnson 150 fuel issues

Hi everyone, i have a 1995 Johnson 150 j150gleom. I have rebuilt the carbs, vapor pump, vapor separator. The VRO was removed and the fuel pump was replaced with an aftermarket pump w/o VRO. All fuel lines from the tank are new including the primer bulb. All zip ties were removed and spring clips put on all fuel lines. The motor idles fine. On the water you have to pump the primer bulb to run at WOT. Motor runs great when bulb is pumped, @5000 rpm- 58mph. i have rechecked all my fittings and connections and cant find any air leaks. Any suggestions on what i have missed or over looked?

First, check compression all 6 cylinders. If okay, then most likely one of the following:
1) Air leak somewhere between tank and carbs.
2) Primer bulb sticking partly closed.
3) Weak fuel pump.
4) Partly clogged pick-up in fuel tank.
