I have a Johnson 88 spl. When the trottle is buried it is like it is only running on 1 cylinder. I drained the carbuator and that did nothing. I checked the spark plugs and 3 were dry and 1 was wet. I went and bought new plugs and that did nothing. Anybody got any ideas on whats wrong and how to fix it. Thanks
