Tilt/trim motor will not stop running when I turn power on. Will only stop when up tilt button on throttle or on engine is pressed. Will not lift engine so I can flip small engine stands and lower engine. Just runs. 1996 Johnson 88hp outboard. Model J88TSEDR. Any help would be appreciated.
