2004 140 hp

I recenty purchased boat with A Model: Johnson 140 hp, 140PL4SR Date Stamped 5/2003. I assume that this is a 2004 Suzuki rebadged as a Johnson. I need a starter and found the same starter [Hitachi 31100-90J00, S114-837] listed for a 2004 Suzuki.

Is it really a rebaged Suzuki and did I order the right starter?
