No compression

Have a 120 horse johnson outboard...no compression on one of the cylinders...any ideas would be appreciated...thanks

Rebuid it if not too much damage to cylinders, rods and crank.

what part of the country do you live in here in the south about 2300.00 for a complete rebuild
