Johnson 40HP restoration

I have a 1974 Johnson 40HP outboard I am trying to bring back to life. It turns over fine, has good compression but I am only getting spark on one of the cylinders. I tested the coils with an ohm meter and they seemed to be OK. What do I check next? Points? Condenser? I can't get the flywheel off.............
