I have ordered the seal kit for my motor , but ar there any special tools needed to do the job ? And how difficult . thanx

well I got my seal kit today and after taking the allen screws out of the bottom and the prop off I found that the first piece behind the prop had worn on one side. Its the part that has one seal inside and the o-ring around it. Its worn thin enough that I could break it off at that spot easily so I stopped there. What would cause this and what should be my next step. Also the kit included some small O-rings that I assume must go at the top where I could unbolt it , but I haven't done that yet to see where they go. Any more advice ?Comment
