Signal Converter

I have a problem.
The Signal Converter from my Johnson Outboard motor is burn out.
So i need a new one.
But i can"t buy the part .
I can not find it anywhere.
I need a Signal coverter parts number 445102.
Does anyone know how i can replace this part with something els ?
I am a car mecanic in the Netherlands so i know something about electric wiring.
Help i want to fix my engine.
