Hoisting the loop charged

I scored a new in the crate 04 90hp. It was delivers in the crate and I have a motor hoist. Took the cover off looking for the hook that's on my cross flow, no hook. What is the trick hoisting these ?

Have to have the special lifting eye tool which bolts to flywheel.

I tried to buy the eye. Nice service guy showed me two loops, part of the block worked fine .
