2000 115 hp Johnson Hose from Head

I just bought a used 2000 115 hp Ocean Pro. I have it mounted to the boat and when I started hooking it up, there's a hose the comes from port side head with a little oil leaking from it. From pictures I seen, they have both sides plugged. Mine has one side plugged and the other a nipple and a hose. Does any one know what this is for, where it goes or should I just plug it?
