help with lower unit compatibility

I blew mine last weekend and found one that may work but I wanted another opinion.

Mine is an 84 70hp johnson model j70 TL CR D

one I found is 89 60hp. Model j60 TTL CE A

one parts website I found listed them as unavailable but listed same part number can anyone confirm this will or will not work?
