Commercial 14 hp

I'm looking at buying a 14 hp Johnson motor from a boat motor mechanic - restored. My first every motor purchase. It is marked 14 Johnson and is pale grey and white. Someone mentioned it might be a commercial motor. What does this mean? What year might this be. I see there were 14s from the 50s through 1989.

It would be an old one, would have to have model number to tell what year it is.

I have one Johnson outboard model HJ14RSF serial 0234529 I found in another site that corresponds to a "commercial" version from 1985 .
Where can I find a rewind starter spring that fits this model?
