Ive a 95 Johnson fingerported 3.0L outboard model L0200SLEDC with no spark. It has an new CDI module, and a new stator. the black w yellow stripe wire is disconnected and still I have no spark.
I checked the rectifier and it reads correctly, no short or open. The fuse is good.
