150 power trim motor

I have a 1985 150 (J150TLCOS), needs new power trim motor. 1. is it a 2 or 3 bolt unit? 2. If it is 3 bolt, how do you get to the back one? I can't even see if it's there let alone get a screw driver on it!

It does have 3 bolts, take it loose from bracket and see if can tilt out enough to get to bolt, if not then will need to remove power trim unit.
