2001 johnson

I have a 2001 Johnson BJ50PLSIF power and tilt problem. The tilt will raise motor but will not stay up. It slowly returns to the down position without power

Check fluid level, check that manual release screw is tight.

fluid level is good and the screw is tight and it still has the same problem

Then has an internal valve or seating leaking pressure, would have to remove and rebuild power trim unit.
