Buying a new 25 HP Motor need advice

Hello all,

I have 2 options from my local dealer, need advice. Trying to repower a 16 foot Sylvan aluminum fishing boat. Use it MOSTLY for trolling in lake but once in a while Striper fishing in ocean.

First option is a NEW 1999 25 HP Johnson 2 stroke. Requires mixing oil and will come with a 24 month warrantee. Cost is $3800 with controls and tilt.

Second option is a 2014 Evinrude Etec 25HP, fuel and oil injected. Comes with a 5 year warrantee. Cost is $5415 with controls and tilt.

What would you do and why?

Looks like best deal is new motor, the new Etec are very good motors, that just seems a lot of money for a 14 year old motor.
